Happy New Year! Welcome back everyone, and a warm cordial welcome to any new visitors to the site. As you regulars may have noticed, we’ve changed up the looks a little on the site. We ditched our old layout for something a little more sleek, modern, and aesthetically pleasing. Not only that, but we’ve also set up a more structured schedule for content.
Mobile Monday: We know that sometimes you find awesome car pictures that you want as your phone background, but unfortunately most of them are horizontally oriented. In order to start your Monday’s off right, we have “Mobile Monday” where we’ll post one of our favorite pictures that a perfect for use as a phone wallpaper.
Tune Tuesday: Here’s where we bring you some of our favorite and some of the newest EDM songs for you to check out. Feel free to leave comments telling us how you feel about the songs.
Feature Friday: Here you can expect to see a brand new feature from one of our many awesome photographers. The perfect way to inspire your weekend wrenching and automotive endeavors.
Sideways Sunday: We have a lot of drifting photos…and I mean A LOT. In fact, I want to give a special thank you right now to Alex Nagy, Keith Treder and Brent Nick Conklin for always holding it down and getting the best action shots, click on their names to check out their other photography work. We have more drifting photos then will ever fit into our coverage posts, so in order to share them, every Sunday we’ll post one in high resolution for you to save to your computer and use as a wallpaper.
CxH Garage: Cars x Hype is not just a website, it stands for a group of us with a similar burning passion for all things automotive. Not only do we take photos and write about cars, but we also work on our own. Our new segment, “CxH Garage”, will be documenting some of the things that we ourselves are working on. Some things to look forward to: A conversion from a Forester XT to an STi spec Forester, Fitting wheels to a Lexus SC, and body work on an FRS, and those are just a couple projects that come to mind. Stay tuned!
CxH DIY: In addition to working with full scale automobiles, many crew members are also hobbyists who work on modifying everything from RC cars to Hotwheels, and we’d like to show you that as well.
Event Coverage: Of course we’ll still be bringing you pics from some of the biggest events in the US.
Oh also…
