Blox Evolution is one of NorCal’s biggest and most anticipated shows of the year. With humble beginnings as just “Blox Open House”, the show quickly grew in need of a larger venue moving to San Francisco’s Pier 70, and with that, a new name: Blox Evolution.

Pier 70 provided a great indoor out door environment, adding a spectacular contrast between bright clean show car in a rustic gritty warehouse. Better yet, once everyone left, the photos we got from inside the warehouse were epic (more on that later).

The Carshype crew posted up in a spot which we thought was a front row. But it got so crowded with well over 500 cars that they crammed another row in front of us…

Parked up next to our friends from http://mtechnica.com/wheels”>M Technica If you don’t know them, get familiar!

A lot of other crews were in full swing, with Inspire and NVuS boasting large crews and NVuS ultimately taking the cake for largest crew turnout. One of our favorite crews however, is Endless Projects.

Nothing but the highest quality and best from the OG’s in Endless Projects.

Dion drove all the way from SoCal for the event, and it was worth it to see his car in person again.

Creepin’ on the mag blue TE37s

Rare Fittistars.

Squeeky clean.

Its refreshing seeing an Evo without a big wing, not that we’re against them. This one looks even better with deep XD9s.

Where there are Evo’s, Sti’s are not far behind.

This was hands down our favorite STi, we regret not getting more pics though! I guess we were too busy drooling.

And more Evo’s

Speedelement brought some of the best cars as well, especially if you’re an AWD fan.

In the midst of the AWD heaven, these gems were hiding in there.

Hint: thats not a boxer engine anymore.

It seemed like there were a lot of cars from Bavaria and they were ALL phenomenal.

Red, Rotiform, Rocket Bunny….rad.

I mean, how illegal could painting your license plate REALLY be ๐Ÿ˜›

Matte and gloss black scheme was so on point for the i8.

VIP Modular.

LM reps….hahaha yeah right!

4 door with a big wing? love it.

Really digging these 4 doors.

Classic, gotta love the fan blades too.

May look bad on the outside, but that’s a ruse, the rest is quality!

Pure VIP, more like pure awesome.

Remember Blitz 03’s weren’t even that popular, we do. Hahaha but now everyone wants em! And rightfully so, they’re sick wheels.

This LS swapped IS was amazing, and the owner was pretty chill too.

Using the Lexus V8 valve cover was genius.

It’s not a car show with out your Honda/Acuras! But unlike your local meets, these guys aren’t doing burnouts and causing general mayhem….well maybe a little mayhem in our pants.

Old School boost.

Crisis in our pants every time.

Francis, can we be as cool as you?

Whats that?

V6 Bruh 0_0

We wish we knew more about his build!

What wires?

We like our engine bays how we like our women….

Camber much?

Almost. ๐Ÿ˜‰

Supercharged supastars.

BB6’s were represented.

These are way too underrated.

This rat-rodesque civic was on the floor.

He had custom headers made just so he could ride lower.

Surprised us!

Very clean Kouki, hard to believe that’s a wrap.

Our friend Darnell’s wide body two-tone <3

Green with envy.

โ™ซ I like my girls BBW…. wheels CCW. โ™ซ

GReddy or not, here they come!

Subtle changes over the years keep this thing fresh.

Its for sale you know…

That decal ruins everything ๐Ÿ˜‰

Props to Kyle for getting his Z to this point!

Always great catching up with James from VIP’d Out

Make sure to check them out for all your VIP goods.

Speaking of VIP…

You can’t help but to smile.

Dumped Domestic.

Wicked 510.

Our friend Markie’s Cressida is individuality at it’s finest.

This 300zx was so unbelievably clean and well built.

These wheels are incredibly rare.

We just wish we could have gotten more pics.

Legendary.

Marco’s famous M3 v8 swapped 1 series.

Congrats on winning an award buddy!

Rob always comes to shows angry in his VR6 golf.

Um..we nutted.

But seriously though…we nutted.

I don’t think you understand…WE NUTTED.

Okay okay, so we didn’t actually nut. But we were like giddy little school girls…and our pants were a little tighter. This LS swapped monster was one surprise after another looking at it. Plus we heard it leave; it sounded like satan himself breathing.

Going to Blox, there was one big take away…VANS. ARE. AWESOME.
Remember in the 70’s when people modded the shit out of their vans? No? Well neither do we actually, but we know about that through pop culture references. Maybe we’ll see a full on revival of the van craze.

Big shout out to VANkulture for holding it down it the van community.

LS400 face.

Man, forget SUVs…

There were so many great vans, we genuinely apologize for not grabbing photos of all of them :(

After driving an Abarth on the track, I was sold. Seeing this, I’m selling my soul…

…and it the looks like the person who drive this beast would buy it.

MX50?

MX freakin 5.0! Ford V8 swapped MX-5, this thing must go like hell!

Well, that’s all folks!

We hoped you enjoyed our Blox EVO2 coverage, there were so many great cars, and its unfortunate we were only able to share about 1/6 of them with you. There are a few more pictures we didn’t post HERE.

Make sure to come to Blox Evolution and see it all for yourself!
